The Royal Hotel

Wow what a great stay we had on the 16th of December last year. What we liked was that when we arrived in the morning, they allowed us to leave our luggage as the check in time is 14h00, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed at the reception area. Even when we came back, the staff helped us carry our bags to the hotel room and asked us if we were okay. Thank you  guys.

Thank you guys for the hospitality we received as home affairs officials it was not easy i know but you guys done your best. To Mercia Basson, thank you so much for being there every step of the way in trying to make sure we are well taken care of. Reception staff you guys are the best ever seen, Lungi B, Lungi C, Nokwazi, Palisa, Thabisile, Nomfundo, Sphilile,Philan and Zahiira thank you ever so much guys. They took so much from us but they still remained humble and unshaken much appreciated hard work pays keep going.

As a family we've stayed at 4 & 5 Star hotels across our Beautiful Country. The levels of service we received from the Management and Staff at The Royal Hotel in Durban proved exceptional and in many instances far exceeded the levels of service experienced at some of the more distinguished 5 Star Brands. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from 27.04.2012 to 01.05.2012. Thank you to all the Staff and to Management at The Royal Hotel in Durban.
